# ZenFinder Business API

The ZenFinder Business API lets businesses send templated and free-form messages to ZenFinder users — with delivery tracking, billing, and quality controls built in.

If you've integrated with the **WhatsApp Cloud API** before, you already know most of this API. The request and response shapes are deliberately close enough that porting existing integration code is mostly a matter of renaming fields, not rewriting logic.

### Why it works this way

ZenFinder started as a voice-first service discovery platform — people call businesses through the app to get help. The Business API extends that relationship to messaging: templated notifications, order updates, marketing campaigns, and two-way conversations, all through one endpoint shape that's already familiar to most messaging developers.

### What you can do

* **Messages** — send text, media, location, interactive, and template messages; read receipts and typing indicators
* **Media** — upload, fetch, and delete attachments
* **Templates** — create, list, edit, and delete message templates (reviewed automatically)
* **Blocking** — block/unblock recipients for spam protection
* **Analytics** — aggregated delivery, pricing, and template performance data

### Base URLs

* **Production**: `https://api.zenfinder.ai`

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.zenfinder.ai/readme.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
